02 today الاستقبال

Your business, today.

عملك اليوم

Spreadsheets, a few WhatsApp groups, and one person who keeps the whole thing in their head. Renewals get caught because somebody remembered, and invoices go out whenever there's a quiet hour.

Where does it hurt most?

NOTED. WE'LL OPEN WITH THIS.
03 the build التوجيه

First, order.

أولاً، النظام

The end state: a new lead reaches the right agent in seconds, renewals chase themselves, and nothing reaches your client until someone on your team sends it. We get there by learning how your office actually works — who touches each deal, and what gets typed twice — then building software to take over the repetitive parts.

Lead routing

Every portal lead reaches the right agent in seconds, with a brief attached — the listing, the enquirer, what they asked — instead of a raw e-mail somebody finds an hour later. It reads the notification e-mails Property Finder and Bayut already send you, so nothing changes on the portal side.

Unanswered-lead alarm

If a lead sits unanswered for five minutes, the manager is told, and one tap reassigns it. Property Finder's SuperAgent bar is a reply inside two hours and a response rate above 80%, recalculated monthly. This keeps you above it on the mornings nobody is watching.

Listing ops

A nightly check of your own live listings — duplicates, stale prices, missing photos, units still live after they sold — as a fix list to whoever runs the portals. In Dubai the Trakheesi permits go on the clock; in Saudi, the ad licences and each agent's FAL renewal.

Paperwork pre-fill

Form A, B and F — or the REGA contract forms in Saudi — built from the title deed and the IDs, and renewal notices drafted at day ninety-five with the permitted increase. Everything waits for a person on your team to check and send. No bot ever holds a conversation with your client.

Weekly owner report

One page every Monday: portal spend against the leads it produced, each agent's response time ranked, commissions owed and by whom. It replaces the start-of-week round of messaging each agent to ask where their deals stand.

Commission chaser on request

For deals waiting on a developer past sixty days: the claim pack assembled — invoice, Oqood, buyer ID, booking form — and the follow-up drafted at thirty, sixty and ninety days. Your accounts person sends it.

Those are examples, not the menu. If your week needs something else — AI that runs on your own machines so documents never leave the office, an assistant that answers from your own deal files — it gets scoped on the call, case by case.

Example: Monday morning, 12-agent brokerageillustration
09:02Bayut lead — 2BR Marina — routed to Sararouted
09:14WhatsApp enquiry — JLT — matched to listinglogged
09:31Tenancy renewal — 1204 — notice draftedneeds you
09:47Ejari filing — Al Barsha — documents assembledneeds you
10:05Commission invoice #1187 — issued to developersent
10:22Trakheesi — 3 listings — expiring in 6 daysflagged
10:40Property Finder — Business Bay — routed to Omarrouted
11:03Form F — Dubai Hills — built from title deedneeds you
Three of these are waiting on you; the other five ran on their own. Nothing reaches a client until a person hits send. In Riyadh the same ledger reads Aqar leads, Ejar contracts and ad-licence expiry — one engine, configured to your market.
04 how we work الإشراف

The architecture.

الهيكل

There are four steps, and the price is fixed in writing before the first one starts. You pay for each piece after you've watched it run.

The Call

Thirty minutes, voice only, on WhatsApp or a Zoom audio call. You talk us through where the week goes, and we tell you what we'd build first. Want proof before you commit the half hour? Ask for the demo — we'll run it on your own listings, using only what you already publish, and it's yours either way.

Fixed Scope, Fixed Quote

A written scope with a fixed price and timeline before any money moves.

Milestone Builds

The build is split into milestones, and each one is demoed live on a call. You pay for a milestone after you've watched it working. There is no hourly meter: the number in the scope is the number on the invoice.

Handover & Support

At the end you get the working system — deployed and running, with your data, your credentials and full documentation — and a support window after handover.

In the meantime, someone in your office is typing out this month's renewal notices by hand.

On paper.

Below is how we bill, what you keep at handover, and when we're reachable. You'll have all of it in writing before you've spent a dirham or a riyal.

The arithmeticOne saved lead is a closed deal's commission — AED 20–50k in Dubai, SAR 20–45k in Riyadh. That is the number the pricing below sits against.
How we billA paid pilot first, from AED 3,500 (≈ SAR 3,600). After that we bill by milestone: you watch each one running, then pay for it. We don't take large upfronts.
PaymentCard, bank transfer, or invoice. Priced in AED, SAR or USD.
What you keepThe working system, your data, your configuration, the credentials and the documentation. Your data exports any day, and the system keeps running if we part ways. The engine's source stays with us — one engine, configured for you, is what keeps the price fixed.
Keeping it runningThe portals change their notification formats without warning, and an unmaintained system dies silently. A monthly retainer covers hosting, monitoring and fixes within a business day. Cancel any time with a 30-day wind-down, exports included.
HoursMonday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Dubai time; Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00 in Riyadh. Replies within one business day.
LanguagesEnglish and Hindi. Prefer Arabic or anything else? We'll run live AI translation on the call — or bring your own translator, whichever you trust more.

"We're new, and small on purpose — one engineer, a few builds at a time. The trade: the person you message when something breaks at 9am is the person who wrote it, not an account manager."

— how we work

MEETINGS ARE VOICE ONLY. No cameras. Recorded only if you ask — and a recording stays inside the project, never shared. Client work stays confidential.

THE PAPERWORK RUNS ITSELF. NOTHING GOES OUT UNTIL YOUR TEAM SENDS IT.
06 talk to us الالتزام

Start with a call.

The first step is a thirty-minute voice call, and the next is a written scope with a fixed price.
If it isn't a fit, we'll say so inside the first ten minutes.
